A little something about me

I thrive in complex, fast-changing organizations, quickly getting up to speed, bringing people with different perspectives together, and turning ambiguity into action. I’m analytical and curious by nature. I like getting to the heart of a problem, developing a clear point of view, and using data and experience to influence decisions.

I’m equally focused on execution: managing competing priorities, deploying people and budget against the opportunities with the greatest potential for growth, and making sure strategy actually gets delivered.

Bottom line: I like solving big problems with smart people.

High Standards. Low Ego.

Great marketing leadership requires rigor and humanity.

Directness With Empathy.

People shouldn't have to guess where they stand.

Data Without Theater.

I want to know what's working, what's not, and why.

Accountability Without Fear.

Teams do their best work when they can tell the truth.

Strategy + Execution.

The ideas are free; the hustle costs extra.

Curiosity Over Certainity.

Always be willing to learn.

Earning the respect of people I admire is one of my greatest measures of success.

"Julie Ginn is absolutely the real deal when it comes to a marketing "power player" and let me get really specific here. She is proudly seated at the "revenue table" and can show definitively EXACTLY how her efforts translate to revenue for the company. Once you understand the complex model she created to drive highly engaged lead traffic, then you can begin to understand how over 50% of booked revenue was directly attributed to her MQLs. Not 50+% of website traffic... not 50+% of meetings attended by sales... 50+% of BOOKED REVENUE."

"Julie has a natural ability to inspire and motivate teams. She’s good-natured, laughs a lot, is kind, and knows how to be direct or say NO simultaneously. She’s great at recognizing and celebrating each team member's unique strengths and talents and fostering an environment where we feel empowered to deliver our best work. Team meetings and brainstorming sessions have become a regular platform for idea exchange and innovative solutions. Julie is open to embracing new ideas that could drive results!"
